1-UP is an alliance formed by RL friends and mates. Most of us are latin, so both English and Spanish is used in here. We like to describe ourselves as a tight-knit, very relaxed group. Our main goal is to watch our nations prosper! Regretfully, we're not taking just anyone; we prefer to avoid open recruiting since we like to pick our members carefully.

These are our requisites:

- The aspirant should be mature enough. From being capable of retaining a decent public behavior, respect for others, to being able to follow orders when needed.
- The aspirant should have a sense of humor. We don't really want boring people in here. Be lively!
- The aspirant must not be engaged in a war.
- The aspirant must understand and follow the guidelines established in our Charter. Click here to read the Charter
- The aspirant should be recommended and vouched for by one or more 1-UP members.

NOTE: Exceptions to the last requirement can be made on a special, case-by-case basis.
